CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 4476-15, sec. 4.031(a) and (c), (Vernon Supp. 1988). Upon appellants plea of true to the States enhancement allegations, the jury assessed punishment at forty-seven years and six months confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $60,000.00.
