Collins brought suit against their former employer, Compangie Nationale Air France, alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA). The district court dismissed Collinss ADEA claims and granted summary judgment for the defendant with respect to the ERISA claims of both plaintiffs.
