1 Appellant, Larry Dale Crandell, was a juvenile within the purview of the Juvenile Act when he was charged in District Court, LeFlore County, with the offense of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana With the Intent to Distribute in violation of 63 O.S. 1971 ? 2-402 [63-2-402]. After waiver and certification by the Juvenile Division of the District Court, he was tried and convicted of that offense in Case No. CRF-73-134. He was sentenced to serve a term of two (2) years in the State penitentiary in accordance with the verdict of the jury. From that judgment and sentence he has perfected this timely appeal.
